This policy explains how ProWave Electrical (ABN 64 800 273 238) handles personal information collected through prowaveelectrical.com.au.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the name, phone number and suburb you give us, a short description of what you need, when you need it, and your email address if you choose to add it. We only ask for what is needed to call you back and quote the job.
How we use it
Your details are used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and carry out the work. We don't sell your information, and we don't pass it to anyone else except the service providers below who help run the website.
Who handles your enquiry
Enquiries submitted on this site are delivered to us by email through Resend, and the website is hosted by Vercel. Both process the information solely so the enquiry reaches us. The site is built and maintained for us by MP Launch, which also keeps a secure record of website enquiries so we can review them, and which may see enquiry data in the course of supporting the website. When you tap the phone number on the site, the site records that a call was started from that page; it does not record who called.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel's analytics to understand how the site is used — which pages people look at and how the site performs. Clarity also records anonymised page interactions (clicks and scrolling) so we can see which parts of a page are useful. This is aggregate information about site usage, not something we use to identify you personally, and we don't use it for advertising.
Keeping and deleting it
Website enquiry records are kept for up to five years, then deleted. If you'd like a copy of what we hold about you, or you'd like it deleted sooner, email info@prowaveelectrical.com.au or call 0402 255 889and we'll sort it out.
